Trinity Direct - Warranty Information
Except the products made from Natural Stone all products supplied by us are covered for 10 Years Residential Use and 7 Years for Commercial Use Warranty.
Any manufacturing defect claim must be made prior to installation. If in your opinion, products sold to you are not as per the Quality and Standards described by us, you must not start installing them before contacting us.
Warranty claims other than the manufacturing defect, are only acceptable if products supplied by us are installed as per relevant Australian Installation Standards.
Products supplied by us are produced in batches and they may have small variation in color. Natural Stone products may have large variation of colors and shades.
We expect you to order at least 10 % extra to cover wastage during the installation process and for future accidental damages. We will attempt to meet your request to provide you with replacement product so that you can replace your damaged piece of product. However, considering manufacturing limitation it may not be possible for us to meet all such requests.
All Warranty claims must be made in writing by filling up Contact Us Form or by sending us email to [email protected] . During the Warranty claim process, we may ask you to provide the proof of purchase and other relevant information.
Warranty is not transferable.
For successful Warranty claims, you must have done regular maintenance of installed product.
If you decide to make claim under Warranty, Trinity Direct may, in its sole discretion offer to either replace or repair the product supplied or pay the cost of replacement of the same or equivalent product.
